Business (Employment) Visa

A business in the United States can ask the U.S. government to give you a Green Card or Temporary Visa that allows you and your family to migrate to the U.S.A.

If you have a business in your native country and it is working today, you can extend that company here in the USA and receive not only a Green Card but perhaps a Visa for you, your family, and possibly even your employees in your business back home.

If you have a business in the USA or you are willing to open a business in the USA you may be able to receive a Green Card for you and your family to live in the USA.

CANCELLATION OF REMOVAL

RENEW OR REPLACE MY GREEN CARD
Is a process for U.S. permanent residents to update or replace their expired, lost, or damaged Green Card. The application is typically filed using Form I-90 with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
EXTEND YOUR STAY
Refers to the process by which nonimmigrant visa holders in the U.S. can apply to prolong their authorized stay beyond the original period. This is done by filing Form I-539 with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) before their current visa expires.
